30-day returns

Not completely happy with your order? You can return it within 30 days after receiving it.

How to start a return

Email us at info@rbltnk.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Please pack the lamp carefully, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back with us.

Return shipping costs

The cost of returning your item is for your own account. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Exchange or refund

You can choose to swap your item for another product or get your money back. Once we have received and checked your return, we usually process your exchange or refund within 48 hours. Refunds are paid to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days before the amount appears in your account.

Damaged or incorrect items

Did your order arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong item? Email us at info@rbltnk.com with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out with you.
